How does the custom process work?
Dream
Tell us what your dream ring would look like. We need to both be seeing the same vision for us to bring it to life. I’ll ask for descriptions and pictures of your inspirations. Be as detailed as you can, or we’d love to create some designs for you.
Deposit
Once we’ve settled on the dream design, we will email you a link to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. We will put this deposit directly towards the gold and any stones for your design.
Creation
During the creation process, we will keep you updated and send you photos as the design takes shape in our hands. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks. Let us know if you need a rush. Also, let us know if you’d like your design featured in a reel!
Shipping
When the piece is complete, we will send you pictures and video. The final 50% of the payment is due before we ship it to you.
Can you use my gemstones or gold?
Yes! We can use your stones or gold. We will provide our Shipping Agreement for you to look over before shipping us materials.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to have all orders delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. The timeframe depends on your order and the materials required for your job. We will be in contact the whole time! We also offer a $400 rush fee that will bump you to the front of the line.
