How does the custom process work?
Once we commit to a design, a 50% deposit confirms your order. Most pieces take 2–3 weeks to complete. We’ll send photos of the whole process, and the finished piece before the final payment is due. Shipping times depends on location.
Why is everything out of stock?
Our Gallery is for price reference. All pieces are one of a kind, custom, made to order.
Can you use my gemstones or gold?
Yes! We can use your stones or gold. We will provide our Shipping & Liability Agreement for you to look over and sign before shipping us materials.
When will I get my order?
We offer a $100 rush fee. 3-4 weeks is the usual order to receive date.
